Lifeguard / Amenity Attendant Arch Amenities Group, the world’s leading spa, fitness, and leisure management firm, is seeking a Lifeguard / Amenity Attendant to join our team at North River Ranch . This role focuses primarily on monitoring the waterslides at our Camp Creek pool , ensuring a safe and fun experience for residents and guests. Current Schedule: Slides are open on Saturdays and Sundays (August–May) . During the summer season (June–July) , slides are open daily, and additional hours will be available. When not stationed at the slides, this role will serve as an amenity attendant , assisting with event setup and helping maintain our community pools and amenities. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage the waterslides, ensuring all safety procedures are followed Enforce pool rules in a polite, professional, and courteous manner Provide quick and calm response to emergencies in the pool and deck areas Serve as an amenity floater when needed, including: Assisting with community event setup and breakdown Driving a golf cart between amenities to straighten chairs, tidy pool decks, and help maintain a welcoming environment Enforcing community rules and assisting residents as...
