PRINCIPAL ROLE OVERVIEW: The Principals of The Hackett Group have an active role in the leadership of the firm. Principals are responsible for providing leadership, direction and motivation to a team of professional staff members, managing and developing new and long-term client relationships and delivering successful client engagements. ACCOUNTABILITES: - Develop new practice work assignments and build upon prior relationships with both existing and new clients through interaction with C-level executives. - Assure their consulting teams produce the highest level of quality for project work deliverables for their clients. - Offer leadership to team and other staff members to guide them in their overall career development and skills enhancements. Through the Principals’ efforts, team member are able to ensure the highest level of project results. - Negotiate and close engagements. - Generate business development activities including speaking engagements, publication of articles or white papers in various industry journals. - Contribute revenue generation of $3 to $5 million in consulting revenues and contribute on a team basis to an additional $3 to $5 million.
