Internal Opportunity – FT OOHC House Supervisor (6-Month Pilot Program) MADEC is seeking expressions: of interest for two full-time OOHC House Supervisors to support a 6-month pilot program as part of our ongoing service development and workforce model evolution. This role replaces the: previous OOHC Coordinator position held by Karly and represents an important step in trialling a hybrid service model, combining both site-based and office-based leadership functions. Work locations are PRIM and: WALL. About the Opportunity: As part of MADEC’s long-term strategic direction, we are piloting a hybrid coordination and supervision model that strengthens frontline practice leadership, improves responsiveness at the house level, and enhances overall service quality.
