JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) - Minimum of 4 years of total relevant experience, which may be a combination of window or door manufacturing, production and machining, inside or outside sales and/or customer service. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to effectively present information one on one or in small groups. - Strong listening, problem solving, and sales skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Ability to manage stress and maintain composure in customer-facing situations. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). - Strong phone presence and outbound calling skills. - Ability to consistently achieve performance and sales targets. - Customer focused mindset with commitment to delivering a positive experience.
