The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor will be a fully skilled technician who can complete all service requests, including HVAC. They will be the right hand of the Maintenance Supervisor. Vintage Raleigh West is a 379-unit luxury midrise community offering a range of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, along with townhomes. Residents enjoy top-notch amenities and a prime location that enhances their living experience. As an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, your mission will be to achieve Bluecrest's standard for completing all service requests, including HVAC.
