Position Title: Director of Women's Wrestling Operations/Assistant Coach Appointment Type: Contract Job Description: Iowa State University seeks a Director of Women’s Wrestling Operations/Assistant Coach to help launch, support, and advance the university’s emerging women’s wrestling program. The Director of Women’s Wrestling Operations/Assistant Coach will manage the daily operations, logistics, and administrative functions of the women’s wrestling program while also contributing to on‑mat coaching and athlete development. This position collaborates closely with the wrestling coaching staff, athletics administration, the compliance office, and key campus partners to ensure efficient program operations, strict adherence to NCAA, conference, and institutional regulations, and an exceptional student‑athlete experience.
