Assists Doctor or Nurse Practitioner during the medical exams, noting follow up care, communicating with the social worker and child’s caregiver, as necessary regarding the child’s identified needs. Communicates with the Program Director on supply needs; including but not limited to medications, exam room supplies and forms. Follows all Policies and Procedures; Title 22 guidelines and Department of Social Services Licensing Regulations.
