Hendrickson is searching for a Finance Manager to join their team in Woodridge, IL at the Truck Division Technical Center. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing divisional accounting procedures and controls and directing the activities of the operational accounting staff toward the achievement of division objectives, supporting all functional areas with professionally produced information, in a timely manner, consistent with the highest standards of the profession. Essential Functions of the role include but are not limited to: - Oversee Plant Accountants cost analysis activities for the Truck Division. - Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and procedures for the Division as the need is anticipated or arises. Audit compliance to established procedures for internal control. - Prepare periodic financial reports and analyses on both a routine and special request basis, meeting established deadlines. e.g., Results of Operations, Forecast of Operations, Division Staff Financial Package. - Develop and set annual raw material, labor, and overhead cost standards along with maintaining these throughout the year. - Complete analysis of variance...
