Job description

Responsible for providing support of HSEQ compliance, management plans and procedures across a range of Defence Construction and Remediation projects. This opportunity will see an experienced HSE Advisor stepping into a well-established team, overseeing compliance across multiple sites across Nowra and Southern NSW. - Exposure to Defence & Construction remediation projects - Car allowance provided - Must have Australian Citizenship for Defence site access THE ROLE: - Assist project teams in the preparation and implementation of HSEQ documentation, including Safety in Design and Risk Assessments. - Manage incidents and prepare investigation reports using the ICAM methodology. - Administer incident and hazard reporting processes in accordance with company procedures. - Support management in promoting a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace culture. - Conduct regular HSEQ site inspections and audits, ensuring compliance and identifying improvement opportunities. - Coach site teams on the effective delivery of pre‑start meetings and toolbox talks. - Coordinate HSEQ training programs, including maintaining competency standards and training records. - Analyse HSEQ perf...
