POSITION TITLE: Manager, Corporate Development REPORTING TO: Sr. Director, Corporate Development JOB DESCRIPTION: We’re looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented professional to join our Corporate Development team as a Manager. In this high-impact role, you’ll collaborate closely with USPI’s M&A and operational leadership to help identify and analyze strategic growth opportunities. We are looking for an individual who is looking to get extensive transaction experience as a part of a company that is highly focused on key inorganic growth initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS: - Lead and support end-to-end M&A and investment projects, including financial modeling, analysis, and recommendations. - Assist in preparing high-quality investment and approval presentations for senior leadership. - Collaborate on sourcing, negotiation, due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring. - Build strong relationships across the Development and Operations teams to enable seamless execution. - Analyze post-close performance of acquisitions, comparing actual results to projections and identifying key insights. - Drive ad hoc strategic and financial analysis to evaluate new gro...
