Job Description: The Legal Technical Specialist plays a key role in ensuring TAL delivers fair, timely and well‑reasoned outcomes for members across Income Protection, Life and TPD claims. By combining legal expertise with a deep understanding of policy and regulatory expectations, this role strengthens the quality of our decision‑making and written communications, particularly through clear, empathetic procedural fairness and decline letters.
