- Full time, continuing opportunity - A unique opportunity to support a flagship initiative and help shape education initiatives and scholarship of Learning and Teaching (SoLT) impacts across the Faculty of Medicine and Health. - Base Salary $ 146,197 - $ 154,260 + 17% superannuation About the opportunity: The Faculty of Medicine and Health is seeking an experienced Program Manager to facilitate the establishment and delivery of a new strategic initiative, the FMH Academy. This flagship program is part of the Collective Excellence 2028 strategy and is designed to bring together educators and scholars to strengthen collaboration, advance the scholarship of learning and teaching, and improve teaching quality and student outcomes. This is a newly created role responsible for supporting the continuing establishment and evolution of the Academy. In the early stages, you will operate in a project management capacity to enhance the program structure, governance, and operating model. As the initiative matures, the role transitions into ongoing program management, supporting delivery, coordination, and continuous improvement across Academy activities.
