Your mission Purpose of the job: The commissioning technician is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on the client's site. They ensure the compliance of processes and the proper application of safety, hygiene, security, and quality standards before transferring operational responsibility of the system to the client. Description of Key Activities: Participate in the development of technical expertise - Carry out maintenance and minor repairs on standard products at the customer's site - Analyze and provide solutions to technical problems on standard products at the customer's site - Perform on-site interventions / resolve issues as quickly as possible - Ensure follow-up on actions and commitments made to the customer - Write the service report - Update the customer intervention tracking system with relevant information - Report risky situations, incidents, and continuous improvement work - Update the installed base and report potential leads and opportunities - Provide technical support to internal teams - Assist in the preparation of assignments by reviewing project-related documents (contract, specifications, installation plans, etc.) as well as technical specificat...
