Description The University of Washington Information School (iSchool) is accepting applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level starting September 1, 2026 . The Information School is an interdisciplinary faculty - we encourage our faculty to explore information-based approaches to understand and address systemic challenges and to make a positive social impact. This position will engage in creative, collaborative and forward-thinking research and teaching with the rest of our faculty in forging a more just and sustainable future. This position is expected to primarily contribute to research and teaching in information systems topics at the graduate and undergraduate level The successful applicant will be expected to engage in research in the Information Systems discipline, including but not limited to : Data management, Information Systems strategy,: Enterprise systems,: Information Systems Architecture: Of particular interest are application areas such as Artificial Intelligence in organizations, IS for Health, and IS for Sustainability.
