Your job is to read the room from the moment someone walks in, meet them exactly where they are, and guide them toward the outcome that's right for them — not the biggest sale. This is a front-of-house role with real sales responsibility. On busy days you're engaging members, running consultations, and converting walk-ins. On slower days you're following up with leads, re-engaging lapsed members, and bringing people back through the door.
