Job Title: Management Analyst Job Location: VA Beach, VA: Salary: Dependent upon experience. Clearance: Secret: Travel: Not Anticipated: Purpose: The objective of this requirement is to obtain contracted Management Analysts to supplement NSWG-2 workforces and help it achieve continued effective operations. Responsibilities (include but not limited to): - Successfully complete orientation command indoctrination training. - Successfully complete A&S on-the-job training and program overview. - Successfully complete required mandatory training such as Protective Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) training. - Provide A&S program overview to all new department heads, LCPOs and LPOs. - Complete the necessary requirements for obtaining access to applicable government sites such as Billet Based Distribution (BBD), Career Management System Interactive Detailing (CMS-ID), Fleet Training Management and Planning System (FLTMPS), and Catalog of Navy Training Courses (CANTRAC). - Receive applications and assess against current MILPERSMAN Article 1306 for eligibility. - Identify personnel that are ineligible and document/track reasons for ineligibility.
