About the job: Reporting directly to Country Head, as a District manager you will be responsible for recruitment, training, mentoring, evaluating, motivating, supervising and organizing the activity of the Sales/Medical Representative team. You will manage sales efforts within the assigned territory by implementing the work procedures and methods and the Territorial Management best practices so as to achieve the quantitative and qualitative objectives for the assigned area. Key responsibilities: Analyze sales, calculates and monitors business expenses and costs in the assigned area, plans and consults sales support activities in the area, allocates the sales plan according to relevant criteria so as to increase turnover and optimize costs Participate in developing and implementing business campaigns, prepares and conducts presentations and events for pharmacists and physicians, distribution companies...
