Job Type Full-time Description: Primary Goal: GLOBO Campus Liaisons work solely in the educational environment as representatives of GLOBO to our hearing clients and Deaf consumers. As members of the student’s educational team, Campus Liaisons navigate a bilingual, bicultural environment and bridge communication gaps between hearing and Deaf worlds. Campus Liaisons contribute to compliance of the ADA and 504 Act and are the front-line representatives of GLOBO responsible for ensuring communication access happens across a given client location. Beyond the scope of interpreting, Client Liaisons provide commentary on student’s progress towards their IEP/ARD communication goals, utilize culturally and linguistically appropriate curriculum expansion techniques and contribute to overall academic success of Deaf students.
