Job Description: Colliers is seeking an experienced technology platforms professional to manage and deliver the applications, systems and reporting data, and analytics solutions that support our Occupier Services Clients across Australia. The position is centered on delivering reliable, scalable technology enablement for Occupier Clients - combining multi-client dashboard oversight with stewardship of Integrated Workplace Management Solution (IWMS) platforms that underpin Portfolio Strategy, Lease Administration, Accounts Payable and Transaction Management services. You will work closely with our Enterprise Clients teams, business stakeholders, and Colliers technology functions to manage and enhance our technology offerings, ensuring they are operationally sound and effectively delivered. - Own and manage core IWMS platforms enabling portfolio management. - Lead technology projects through application of project management and requirements elicitation skills, including system upgrades, and new platform rol...
