CIVIL ENGINEER, OFFSITE INFRASTRUCTURE (STARLINK) RESPONSIBILITIES: - Coordinate extensively with external agencies, including Department of Transportation (DOT), utility providers, and local/state/federal entities, to secure approvals, negotiate agreements, and drive project execution for off-site improvements. - Develop project requirements, schedules, and cost estimates through collaboration with contractors, fabricators, external stakeholders, and internal clients to ensure alignment and timely results. - Oversee the planning and implementation of off-site transportation and utility extensions, including water supply, wastewater conveyance, gas distribution, and related infrastructure, while managing stakeholder relationships to resolve issues and achieve deliverables. - Manage the civil aspects of off-site construction projects in the field: Including quality control, conflict resolution, and coor...
