Job description

We are seeking a Diamond Community Manager (DCM) to lead and elevate all performance-based fitness experiences at Altea Winnipeg. Overseeing the growth of both our Diamond, LF3, and Signature Studio departments, you will ensure our members receive the highest level of expert coaching, science-backed programming, and results-driven training. In this role, you will lead a team, coach small group workouts and get members results with a proven & successful training system. If you enjoy advanced programming, taking a results-based approach with clients and leading a group of coaches to evolve the experience they provide, this is the position for you. Enjoy a balanced schedule between coaching workouts, leading a team and onboarding/checking in with clients.
