The Opportunity: We are seeking two Business Development Managers – NSW Construction Division, both based at our Mt Druitt site, to drive growth across the New South Wales market, with a strong focus on Big River Cladding. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, growing existing construction accounts, and strengthening Big River Group’s presence across commercial and residential construction segments. Reporting to the relevant Sales / Branch leadership, this field-based role requires strong commercial acumen, disciplined pipeline management, and the ability to build trusted relationships across builders, contractors, developers, fabricators, and key construction stakeholders.
