Create and implement a prospect management system to include processes and policies that identifies, screens and rates prospects, defines prospect management workflows, timelines and metrics. 2. Analyze the confidential and relevant information to assess financial capacity and recommend cultivation strategies. Distinguish top tier donors with indicators that detail the donor’s propensity, affinity and capacity for major gifts to Norfolk State University. 3. Design a range of research reports on prospects based on a combination of data from the donor database, available financial records, organizational background, real estate ownership and other ethical intelligence gathering techniques that provides high quality research on individuals, corporations, and foundations. 4.
