We are seeking a Full Time Team Leader of Employment Services/Career Developer to provide work-based learning experience and shadowing supports, which enable referred individuals to experience, develop, and achieve job readiness skills so as to obtain and retain employment in the community – as well as delivering services on a one-to-one basis or in groups using positive approaches and person-centered practices. Responsibilities: Hours of Work: This position is primarily daylight hours but is responsible to oversee the program which does occasionally operate into the evening depending upon the work hours of the individuals supported. - This position Supervises the team of employment training professionals and employment training specialists (job coaches). - Supports the Employment Training Professionals and Specialists as needed. - Serves as back-up to program manager for the Time and Labor system, HER, CWDS and EIM plus related needs to include incident managemen...
