Position Overview We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member who takes pride in creating a clean, welcoming environment for our guests. This role is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience and maintaining the high standards our hotel is known for. What You’ll Do: - Provide outstanding service by addressing guest requests and resolving concerns promptly and professionally. - Clean and service guest rooms according to Hilton and Shaner standards, prioritizing based on room category. - Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas. - Follow all safety, security, and housekeeping procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. - Restock and organize your housekeeping cart at the end of each shift. - Perform deep cleaning and seasonal tasks as scheduled. - Report maintenance issues to ensure rooms remain in top condition. - Support the team with additional duties as needed.
