This team has been created to support upcoming legislative reforms that have changed how workers compensation claims - particularly psychological injury claims - are assessed and determined. These are pivotal roles at QBE, focused on delivering fair, consistent and compliant claims outcomes in a complex and evolving legislative environment and are centred on eligibility assessment and claim decision‑making rather than end‑to‑end case management. The Case Managers within this team will be highly organised, confident in their judgement, and comfortable working within a structured, process‑driven environment.
