Clinical Assistant Professor (C/T) in Geriatrics ( Job Number: 39399 ) Description: University of Colorado Anschutz: Department: Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Department of Clinical Pharmacy Job Title: Clinical Assistant Professor (C/T) in Geriatrics Position #: 00822378 – Requisition #: 39399 Job Summary: This faculty member in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy will have the primary responsibility of providing exemplary patient care through participating in an innovative clinical practice at the University of Colorado Hospital Senior’s Clinic, a geriatric primary care clinic. The primary clinic is located in the Anschutz Outpatient Pavilion on the University of Colorado’s Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO. Support is also provided to a smaller Seniors Clinic located in Lone Tree, CO. The faculty member would go to the Lone Tree location up to one day each week. The Seniors Clinic provides direct patient care within a multidisciplinary geriatric clinic model.
