JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Aquatics provides strategic leadership, vision, and operational oversight for all aquatic programming. This role oversees interscholastic swimming and water polo, competitive club teams, learn-to-swim programs, and facility operations. The Director is responsible for building a culture of excellence, driving program growth, and ensuring a safe, engaging, and high-performing aquatics environment.
