Position Title: Senior Manager, Hyperscale Investment Strategy (Sr Analyst) Locations: New York, NY | Boston, MA | Dallas, TX | Austin, TX | San Francisco, CA Your role: The Senior Analyst will be a key member of the Global Hyperscale Team (“GHT”) at Digital Realty. This team is composed of real estate and investment professionals responsible for executing Digital’s hyperscale investment strategy globally, including leasing and development initiatives across domestic and international markets. In this role, you will support the growth of our hyperscale portfolio through comprehensive financial analysis and cross‑functional collaboration. You’ll partner closely with Portfolio Management, Design & Construction, Sales, and other stakeholders to gather market insights, evaluate investment opportunities, and build compelling, data‑driven business cases that support strategic decision‑making.
