The Role: As Creative Studio Operations Lead , you are the hub between the brands and agencies we serve and the production team that executes their vision. You're not here to design campaigns — you're here to ensure that every piece of creative that comes through our doors gets applied to our assets with precision, speed, and craft. This is a studio operations leadership role. You'll own the workflow from creative intake to final install, managing a team of 2D & 3D graphics specialists, CNC technicians, and drafters while serving as the primary technical liaison with clients, project managers, and vendors.
