Our Fortune 500 Medical Device client has an exciting opportunity for a Learning Design Specialist. Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate, innovative, and results-oriented Learning Design Specialist to join our team. As a Learning Design Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning experiences of our urology sales organization. You will collaborate with Sales Training Managers (STMs), product marketing, and other cross-functional partners and stakeholders to develop engaging and effective learning solutions that meet the needs of the field-based learner and the business. In addition, as part of the Learning and Design team, you will work with STMs to develop and implement training workshops as required for National Sales Meetings and other meetings that may be necessary as determined by the commercial teams. You will also provide support for the set-up and coordination of sales training classes (synchronous and asynchronous).
