Summary: The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily delivery of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high quality construction outcomes. This role leads site teams, manages plant, materials, and subcontractors, and works closely with the Project Manager to meet safety, quality, program, and cost objectives. HEH Civil’s project portfolio includes earthworks, road and highway upgrades, drainage and culverts, water and sewer infrastructure, subdivision development, marine infrastructure, urban infrastructure, bridge works, airport precinct upgrades, and broader civil construction.
