Description JOB SUMMARY: This position performs maintenance and repairs of the facility’s ice resurfacing and mechanical equipment. They must be able to coordinate repairs with vendors, or local rink staff. This position is responsible for the successful delivery of preventative maintenance and emergency break-fix services to ensure all equipment is safe and operating properly at all StarCenter locations. This position is not eligible for remote work. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Must be able to repair mechanical equipment with minimal supervision and/or assistance · Ability to identify failures and inventory needed for repairs · Assist management in inventory control of tools and supplies · Supervising duties include ice installation, ice removal, preventative maintenance tasks, and building projects · Coach local rink staff on correct maintenance practices to decrease failures · Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively to provide quality customer service ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: · Implement and practice facility regulations, policies, and procedures · Communicate issues and ideas to management...
