The Digital Modernization Sector within Leidos has an opening for a Network Engineer supporting the GIG Service Management – Operations II (GSM-O II) contract at Fort Meade, MD . This role supports the implementation of new and upgraded network capabilities across IP, Optical, and Transport infrastructure within the Defense Information Systems Network (DISN), and works closely with government engineers, program leadership, project managers, and installation teams to ensure successful transition of capabilities into operational environments. The selected candidate will serve as a Technical Lead supporting engineering implementation, installation, testing, and acceptance (IT&A), and integration activities across multiple network environments. This role requires both strong technical expertise and the ability to coordinate across engineering, operations, and program management teams. This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
