Who are we looking for? Axle is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will lead the successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success of our automotive clients, helping them integrate and operationalize insurance data within their workflows. As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the Axle customer journey, ensuring clients are set up for long-term success and continue to expand their usage of Axle over time. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Partnerships to deliver seamless launches and scalable deployment processes while driving customer adoption and retention. You will wear many hats and help build the operational foundation that powers Axle’s growth as we scale.
