About the role: This position serves as a key support role for various ITIL functions, including Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Improvement (E2E). The role focuses on knowledge management and ensuring process adherence while engaging with customers to meet contract objectives. The role may also be called on to assist with backfilling key roles during periods of leave.
