Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Workplace Facilities Manager ! About the role: This role serves as a key member of the Workplace Experience team, providing day-to-day operational leadership across facilities management and Corporate Security. The position is responsible for overseeing Building facilities & workplace operations across multiple US Northeast offices and Bermuda, ensuring spaces are maintained, safe, efficient, and aligned with company standards. The role bridges Corporate Security support with hands-on workplace operations, helping to deliver consistent, high-quality employee and visitor experience. It manages routine workplace and security matters by identifying concerns, gathering relevant information, and assessing issues in accordance with established procedures. The position exercises initiative and independent judgment within defined guidelines while working under direct supervision. This is an on-site role supporting Enfield and Windsor, Connecticut, with responsibility across Northeast offices in Farmington, CT; Portland, ME; and Bermuda, including periodic travel.
