Type of contract: employment contract Salary range: 9 600 – 14 720 PLN gross What will you do?: As a Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will play a strategic role in shaping and managing our total rewards framework, ensuring employees feel valued, motivated, and engaged. You will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs, providing guidance and expertise to business leaders, HR teams, and executives. Your Tasks: - Drive the development and execution of total rewards strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market competitiveness, and organizational culture. - Conduct comprehensive benchmarking and market analysis, proactively tracking trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to enhance reward programs. - Oversee all compensation processes, including annual compensation reviews, merit increases, bonus programs, and long-term incentives, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local laws. - Design and implement innovative benefits programs and employee perks, fostering engagement, well-being, and retention - Partner with HR Business Partners, Managers, and People Analytics teams to develo...
