Type of contract: employment contract Salary range: 9 600 – 14 720 PLN gross What will you do?: As a Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will play a strategic role in shaping and managing our total rewards framework, ensuring employees feel valued, motivated, and engaged. You will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs, providing guidance and expertise to business leaders, HR teams, and executives.
