This req is for Group Coordinator Lead- IC Position: Forklift Operator: Shift: First Shift: Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm: Pay: $22.90: The core responsibilities of this role include: - Lead and coordinate daily inventory control activities, including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations - Ensure accurate inventory records within the WMS/ERP system - Research, analyze, and resolve inventory variances, root causes, and discrepancies - Support and enforce inventory control policies, procedures, and best practices - Train, coach, and support inventory control team members and warehouse associates - Monitor inventory accuracy KPIs and report findings to leadership - Partner with Operations to prevent/resolve inventory issues - Assist with physical inventory and year-end counts - Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce shrink, damage, and mis-picks - Act as escalation point for inventory-related issues during daily operations - Following safety and compliance standards: Maintain clean, hazard?free work areas and follow OSHA guidelines.
