We currently have opportunities for both part-time and full-time weekend positions, providing flexible options to accommodate different scheduling preferences for rotating weekends and weekdays. Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care as needed, with appropriate follow up to visits and documentation of care for agency clients in accordance with Quality Standards and under the guidance of the Weekend Clinical Manager. Participates in offices duties as required such as scheduling, coordination of care, and referral processing. Collaborates with staff to ensure the bridging of information from the weekend to weekday to facilitate appropriate management of patient care issues. Contributes to clinical operational process and development. Ensures adequate skills and adherence with agency policies and procedures. Assists with On-call as needed.
