Your mission: Lead and coordinate a high-performance production team building advanced UAV systems. You’ll ensure targets are met while maintaining safety, quality, and morale. Responsibilities: Operational Control: Coordination of daily business and ensuring adherence to production schedules. Resource Allocation: Creating shift rosters and assigning tasks based on staff qualifications and machine capacity. Safety Management: Monitoring compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (HSE) and quality guidelines. Communication: Leading shift handover meetings and daily "Shopfloor Management" huddles. R...
