Job description
The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for communicating effectively between customers and service technicians; ensuring the customer’s needs are addressed and resolved in a timely manner while providing superior customer service. This is a rotational position 7 days on working from 6pm – 6 am, then 7 days off. - Responsible for answering the phone and talking directly to customer to receive information concerning the job. - Liaise as required with customers and technicians. - Communicate effective and provide superior customer service - Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries - Responsible for dispatching technician and communicating with customer on ETA. - Responsible for entering in tickets in D365 and Work Orders in myMaintenance - Understand and comply with all legal requirements and company policies and procedures, including, but not limited to: Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Compliance, Quality and HSES, etc. - Financial responsibilities will be communicated by manager and/or local or global Delegation of Authority, when applicable - Compliance with all Nabors Policies, Systems, and Standards, including, but not limited to: Compliance and Legal, Fin...
