Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of experience working in a data center, enterprise or relevant technical environment (e.g., hardware). - 5 years of experience in technical leadership. Preferred qualifications: - PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience in managing and designing complex hardware systems for data center and enterprise systems. - Understanding of the hardware product development process, from concept, design, validation, manufacturing and deployment. - Ability to influence decision makers and stakeholders. - Excellent communication skills.
