Job DetailsJob Location: Cimarron Casino - Perkins, OK 74059 SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage Supervisor in ensuring that all activities in the Food & Beverage Department are performed accurately and efficiently in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and internal control standards. The Bartender is responsible for providing quality Food & Beverage Department service in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner while displaying a high level of customer service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include, but are not limited to: Provides prompt, efficient, and courteous service to Guests. Retains expert-level knowledge of all beverages (including flavors, ingredients, and alcohol percentage) and house recipes of beverages offered by the enterprise. Serves as an order taker and cashier for all beverage transactions occurring at the bar. Ensures all beverage orders are prepared to Guests’ specifications. Follows correct pour procedures for alcoholic beverages at all times. Replenishes beverages as requested. Monitors the service of alcoholic beverages and restricts Guest consumption accordingly.
