Technical Production Coordinator - CAF Rail Australia - Dubbo Trust in Motion. We are currently seeking a Technical Production Coordinator. The role, serves as the primary liaison between engineering and the shop floor, overseeing the end-to-end execution and documentation of train modifications. The role is responsible for converting engineering specifications into actionable work instructions and managing the associated material flow to ensure all components are staged and ready for the assembly team. Administratively, the position entails the precise tracking of assembler labour hours and the maintenance of detailed build records to ensure technical and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the role provides direct support to the Manufacturing Manager in optimizing assembly line processes by supporting the implementation of efficiency improvements. This position requires a blend of technical blueprint interpretation, material coordination and tracking to ensure the manufacturing team meets its production and quality targets.
