Job Summary: The Research Assistant II will play a key role in two high-impact research studies. The first study investigates access to and the quality of services provided by the State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP), which delivers free, critical education and counseling on Medicare coverage options to beneficiaries and their families. This mixed-methods study integrates rigorous quantitative analysis of prospectively collected data with in-depth qualitative research using semi-structured interviews to explore user experiences and system performance (75%).
