Within MSHS, the Business and Strategic Planning Team develops the strategy and drives key initiatives and supports planning across clinical service data analytics, and business functions. This team is responsible for driving tactics that align to our goal of driving optimal health outcomes for entire communities, generating higher value through revenue optimization and cost containment, and prioritizing the highest impact opportunities.
