Qualifications: Training Curriculum Development: - Design and develop training curriculum tailored to the needs of the Customer Services and Payroll department. - Create engaging training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and presentations. Training Delivery: - Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff. - Utilize various training methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs. Policy and Procedure Development: - Develop and maintain market Policies and Procedures related to customer service and payroll. - Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, compliant with regulations, and easily accessible. Customer Service and Payroll Expertise: - Serve as the subject matter expert for customer service and payroll functions, including handling inquiries, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance. - Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes impacting customer service and payroll operations.
