Job Summary: The Inclusion & Belonging Senior Consultant is responsible for promoting and advancing CNA’s culture of inclusion across the enterprise. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and external partners, this role develops and executes programs and initiatives that foster inclusion and belonging and serves as a thought partner and advisor on matters of company culture. JOB DESCRIPTION: Essential Duties & Responsibilities Oversees, and serves as primary relationship manager to, CNA’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Develops and manages ERG governance protocols and annual ERG budget and operational processes. Supports the development and execution of ERG events and ensure seamless onboarding of ERG leaders.
