What You Can Expect As our Maintenance Supervisor, at ENGIE’s Medical Area Total Energy Plant (MATEP), you will be responsible for providing the overall planning and supervision for installation, maintenance, alteration, replacement and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment and facilities. You will report to the Maintenance Manager. You will: - Demonstrate technical ability in the operation and maintenance of industrial systems - Plan, schedule, and provide overall supervision for maintenance work related to mechanical and electrical equipment and piping systems including, but not limited to, turbines, generators, pumps, motors, compressors, valves, electrical controls and high voltage circuit breakers - Initiate immediate repairs resulting from forced outages; communicate status to plant chain of command - Oversee and coordinate activities of the Mechanical Maintenance department in compliance with applicable labor agreements and personnel policies and procedures - Assist in planning, developing, and scheduling major maintenance activities including overhauls, replacements and installations - Coordinate maintenance activities with other station sections and support personn...
